- It is the longest and sixth fastest roller coaster in the world. Steel dragon 2000 is also the second fastest roller coaster in Japan. Steel dragon 2000 rise up 318 feet and the first hill is at 307 feet. During first drop the roller coaster accelerate up to speed of 95 miles per hour. There are also two hills at the track that having height of 250 feet and 210 feet respectively. The steel dragon 2000 also contains more steels than any other roller coasters for earthquake protection.
